As a Registered Yoga Teacher, Levi specializes in Vinyasa focused movements and mediation practices. He completed his 200 hour certification from a small studio based in Austin called My Vinyasa Practice. He first discovered yoga and meditation shortly after completing college and took it on as a healing practice for his daily life. He loves physical activity and finds real peace in the regular quiet that both mediation and yoga brings. Having grown up in Northern Michigan, he believes there is no better place to practice than surrounded by nature.
