Anna Mallien is a life-long fitness activist and personal trainer who inspires her clients to profoundly experience their bodies and their lives as "the change they want to see in the world".  She offers private and duo reformer sessions in her peaceful "up north" studio and her signature SUP Fusion classes on inland lakes and Lake Michigan near " the most beautiful place in America”.* During the winter months, Anna beats the chill by leading Enliven Retreats “quick trips for balanced living”  in Vieques, Puerto Rico. With over 30 years in the wellness business, Anna blends Fitness, Pilates, Yoga, to create unique programs for every body, mind and spirit.
